I like a family owned business like this one. The family bought this 2 years ago and maintains it beautifully. They are doing updates as they can and really take pride in their business. I am handicapped and in a wheelchair. Their facility was very wheelchair friendly and the accessible room perfect for accommodating my needs. The price was a real deal too. Great large screen TV with full cable, great comfortable bed, the pool and spa facilities were a 12 out of 10-very well maintained and the pool was not too hot or too cold for me to do my physical therapy in. If we are back in Ames, I would definitely book again-tell your friends and family about this hidden gem!

Perfect & $ was very good. Very clean, newer carpet, paint, etc. Smells great, bed was for Goldilocks. Not too firm, not too soft. Breakfast was really good & constantly stocked by Theresa, who was also front desk & more. She worked so hard she was stressed & worn out. Careful bosses, she was on high speed & stressed. You're gonna wear her out & lose her. Thanks for specifically responding to each review & and delineating each review's special points. It shows ppl how diligent you are & caring about each individual.

Breakfast was fine. There was a worker there named Teresa. She went above and beyond to make my stay great. I forgot my phone charger, toothbrush, and toothpaste. She found all of those items for me. This woman was so kind and also made others feel welcome while I ate breakfast. She deserves a huge raise! We will definitely be back.

Location was okay. Room was excellent. Gentleman checking us in was very nice and helpful. It was a very pleasant stay.
